Evidence · Research and publications

A research library organised by evidence status—not by volume.

Published studies, author proofs, working manuscripts, and internal records are separated so that preliminary material is never presented as final journal evidence.

Several papers reuse or overlap the same cohorts; participant counts should not be added without a verified cohort register.

Evidence hierarchy

Not every document in a research archive carries the same weight.

The research library separates final journal publications, journal author proofs, working manuscripts, internal summaries, technical records, and instrument drafts. This prevents preliminary or duplicated material from being presented as independent published evidence.

The current archive catalogue identifies six final published journal articles, two journal author proofs, several working manuscripts, and internal evidence documents used for synthesis and programme history.

Published

Final journal articles

Use as the primary public evidence, with the exact study population and findings.

Author proof

Accepted-stage material

Potentially valuable, but publication details and proof corrections must be resolved.

Working manuscript

Research in development

Useful for future publication and analysis, but not yet a final journal record.

Internal record

Technical or synthesis material

Supports programme understanding but should not replace a primary citation.

Published evidence

Final journal articles identified in the research catalogue

Several papers draw on the same underlying student cohort. They represent different analyses, not automatically different participant populations.

Author proofs

Promising evidence that still requires publication-stage care

The archive contains two Annals of Indian Psychiatry author proofs. One concerns known-group and clinical-comparison validation; the other compares brief and multidimensional test batteries. Proof values and final bibliographic details should be checked before public statistical claims are drawn from them.

Author proof

Known-group validation involving student and psychiatric comparison groups.

Author proof

Evaluation of Two versus Six Psychometric Test Batteries

Comparison of referral outputs and implementation efficiency in a 600-student dataset.

Research pipeline

Work in progress remains visible—but clearly labelled.

Working material includes adult-scale development, digital-versus-psychiatrist comparison manuscripts, a detailed multicentre manuscript, and prospective evaluation planning for RELIEF PLUS.

Internal summaries are useful for explaining the programme. They are not substitutes for journal papers, frozen instrument versions, raw datasets, statistical outputs, ethics records, or final clinical-reference documentation.
