RELIEF PLUS / EVIDENCE

EVIDENCE

Evidence is not one document.
It is a connected body of work.

Scientific development, research, validation, regulatory status, organisational records, and intellectual property each establish something different.

This section explains what each form of evidence supports—and where its limits remain.

Evidence with boundaries

Validation is not one certificate or one study.

RELIEF PLUS brings together a scientific assessment programme, a regulated digital product, registered organisations, and protected intellectual property. These forms of credibility answer different questions and should not be presented as interchangeable.

This section separates what has been published, what remains under development, what a licence authorises, and what an organisational or intellectual-property record actually establishes.

Public evidence standard

What we will say—and what we will not say

Strong validation communication is specific about the source, status, population, product version, and limits of every claim.

Use

Precise, reviewable language

  • Published, author proof, working manuscript, or internal record
  • Screening and referral support—not autonomous diagnosis
  • CDSCO Class B licence with the authorised intended use
  • PCT international patent application—not an international patent grant
Avoid

Claims that collapse important distinctions

  • Adding overlapping study cohorts into one inflated participant total
  • Calling every archive document a publication
  • Presenting incorporation or startup recognition as clinical validation
  • Describing a pending application as a granted patent
